Small (16" waist) - 0-12 months
Medium (18" waist) - 12 months - 2 years

Streamer Colors: (choose up to 2)
White, Black, Light Pink, Hot Pink, Grass Green, Royal Blue, Navy, Light Blue, Turquoise, Red
Streamer ribbons are ¼” satin ribbon mixed through the tulle.

Pom Poms:
Pom Pom ties are satin ribbon with matching (2) 1 ½” Pom Poms attached at the end that can be tied in a bow at the waist.
Mini ¾” Pom Poms are attached all over the tutu to give a polka dot effect, most effective on a solid colored tutu or a specialty tutu as per the USA Flag tutu.
