In 2006, owner Lindsey Johnson gave birth to her first daughter and decided to open an online boutique so she could work from home. In January 2007, Little Pink Pansy officially opened the virtual doors for business. Lindsey began Little Pink Pansy as an outlet for her own invitation and stationery designs and decided to include some gift items as well. These unique products became such a hit that she grew the gift boutiques much faster than the paper products. She also realized that most of these companies were run by women and mothers. Lindsey decided to focus her efforts on finding suppliers whose companies were run by women and specifically mothers. She also wanted to find a way to help women who want to sell their products and start their own businesses to get started.

Little Pink Pansy now features hundreds of products in a variety of categories. All gifts are still unique and special and all from women-run businesses.

Lindsey now has two beautiful daughters and has relocated from the Washington, DC area to the beauty of North Florida, where she works from her home office and spends lots of time with her two little angels.
