Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be very happy with your order.   If you need to exchange or return an item, please read the following conditions:

For exchanges:

2. Please e-mail us for an exchange authorization number at customer_service@littlepinkpansy.com. Please include a description of what you would like in exchange in your email.
3. Items must be in their original condition.

For returns:

2. Please e-mail us for a return authorization number at customer_service@littlepinkpansy.com.
3. Items must be in their original condition.
4. Refund will be given in the form of the original method of payment.
5. Return shipping costs are paid by customer.
